About Liberia
Accommodations range from decent to abysmal. Most are in Monrovia, where a number of hotels operate, including the Mamba Point Hotel (generator, running water and Western standards). Elsewhere in the country, the only accommodations are often in staff housing affiliated with aid agencies and missions. There is a 10% hotel tax.
