2023 DEVELOPMENTS

* Travel Edge Network unveiled several programs to support advisors across all stages of their careers and to ensure they have the tools and resources to grow their businesses. This included in-house, 24/7 support to advisors and their clients; Edge Advantage Training program for new-to-the-business and experienced agents; expanded Limitless hybrid virtual and in-person conferences built around timely themes and trends; Knowledge Trips, which are in-destination fams to help advisors gain critical firsthand knowledge of preferred partners for hotel, air, tour operators and more; and the growth of the TEN Champions program featuring a group of hand-selected advisors who serve as brand representatives and ambassadors.  

* As part of its commitment to inspire and mentor travel advisors at all stages of their career, Travel Edge also launched Venture, designed for entry-level advisors seeking to join an elite community of travel professionals, and Venture+, which caters to more established individuals with enhanced training and mentoring opportunities who are looking to take their career to the next level.  

* Travel Edge Corporate continued the expansion of Concierge service now offered in both Canada and the U.S. and access to wholesale rates and the development of the Air Expert team that has resulted in doubled sales and revenue. Travel Edge Corporate also opened an internal groups department to support the increased demand for meetings and events. Its Customer Success team doubled in size, providing more support and strategy to its Travel Managers. 

LOOKING AHEAD

* Travel demand remains hearty, with baby boomer wealth transfer driving historic appetite for life experiences. Travel Edge believes in the core value of an expert travel professional, particularly in the luxury leisure space. Its focus remains on equipping those professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to serve their clients best.

* Travel Edge Vacations is preparing to launch a website in the second half of 2024 with a focus on customized trip planning.

* Travel Edge Network will grow membership while continuing to support independent advisors with programs such as Knowledge Trips; the Edge Advantage to support advisors at all stages of their careers; and Venture.

* Travel Edge Corporate will continue to expand its brand presence, team size and customer base across North America.  By leaning into the personalized details of each personal trip and corporate travel program, knowing and anticipating customers' needs and wants are at the center of Travel Edge's offer.
