The Unico 2087 Hotel Riviera Maya has been a fan-favorite all-inclusive resort on the Riviera Maya since it debuted in 2017. Soon the brand will make its long-anticipated expansion in Mexico, with the opening of a second resort. The Unico 20105 will open in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, next year.
To celebrate the announcement, the Unico 2087 Hotel Riviera Maya will highlight Nayarit this summer during its sixth-annual gastronomy series, Superb Summer. From July 15 through Aug. 25, the hotel's multisensory experience will feature an exciting roster of world-class chefs, mixologists and artisans from the region:
