Virgin Hotels Las Vegas will take over casino operations from Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment after a transition period to be completed by the end of the year.
No major disruptions are anticipated for guests at the resort, part of the Curio Collection owned by Hilton.
The Native American gaming enterprise oversaw the 60,000-square-foot casino since the off-Strip property (formerly the Hard Rock Hotel) reopened in 2021 after pandemic restrictions subsided.
"We are grateful for the collaboration with Mohegan, and we will continue to work together to ensure a well-ordered transition of casino operations," said Cliff Atkinson, president of Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. "This transition is a natural progression in our journey to provide guests of Virgin Hotels Las Vegas with a seamless resort experience."
