About Yukon Territory

Although the number of hotels and inns in the Yukon can't compare with that of more populated areas, a suitable range of accommodations is available. Don't expect a wide selection outside of Dawson City and Whitehorse, however. Campgrounds and motels are scattered along the Alaska and Klondike highways (some bed-and-breakfasts can be found along the Klondike). There are four campgrounds on the Dempster Highway and motels in the larger settlements.
