SH Hotels & Resorts is bringing its eco-conscious 1 Hotels brand to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
Slated to open minutes from the city center in 2027, the 1 Hotel & Homes
San Miguel de Allende will have 97 hotel rooms, each with a private terrace, as well as 48 three- to five-bedroom residences. SH Hotels said that sprawling property grounds will contain "secret gardens," reflection pools and a small lake.
The hotel will be "perched on an incline
with breathtaking views," SH Hotels said.
The property will offer a locally inspired food and beverage program, a spa and outdoor event space.
Launched in 2015, 1 Hotels currently has 10 hotels in Miami, New York, West Hollywood, Toronto, San Francisco, Nashville, Kauai, London and Sanya, China.
In Mexico, the luxury brand is also preparing to debut the 1 Hotel & Homes Cabo in Cabo San Lucas.
