A Trump-branded resort is expected to debut in Oman by December 2028.

The Trump Organization and luxury real estate developer Dar Global have partnered with Omran Group (Oman's state-run tourism-development arm) on the $500 million hospitality project, which will be part of the AIDA mixed-use complex that's currently under construction.

The complex, which is on track to complete its first phase by 2027, will be located approximately 10 minutes from downtown Muscat.

The development's 140-room Trump International Oman will have an 18-hole golf course, a members-only club, multiple food and beverage outlets, banquet and meeting facilities, a spa and a nightlife venue called Cliff Hanging Night Club.

Guests will have complimentary private beach access.

In a statement, Trump Organization executive vice president Eric Trump said that the project heralds "a new era of sophistication, impeccable service and exclusivity," while concurrently "elevating Oman's status as a premier global destination."

The Trump Organization and Dar Global have joined forces on another development in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. While details on the Trump Tower Jeddah have not been revealed, Dar Globals CEO Ziad El Chaar said that the property will "leverage the strengths of both organizations to attract more international investors and vacationers."

Both developments come amid a period of contraction for the Trump Organization's hospitality portfolio, which has gone from 15 properties in 2015 to just eight today. Most recently, the Trump International Hotel Waikiki underwent a reflagging, relaunching as the Ka La'i Waikiki Beach and joining Hilton's LXR Hotels & Resorts earlier this year.
