Hyatt Hotels Corp. has acquired Me and All Hotels from German company Lindner Hotels for an undisclosed sum.

The upscale lifestyle brand, launched by Lindner in 2016, has six hotels in German cities Dusseldorf, Hannover, Kiel, Mainz and Ulm.

The move follows a strategic partnership forged between Hyatt and Lindner in 2022, under which the Me and All and Lindner brands were added to Hyatt's JdV by Hyatt collection and integrated into the World of Hyatt loyalty program.

With the acquisition, Me and All will become a brand within Hyatt's lifestyle portfolio, alongside Andaz, Alila, Hyatt Centric and Caption by Hyatt.

According to Hyatt, the acquisition will help the company "unlock growth in new European markets," with Me and All touted as a brand that will be used for conversions. The brand's existing pipeline includes a Berlin hotel scheduled to open later this year and hotels in Hamburg, Leipzig and Stuttgart slated for 2026.

Hyatt said additional deals are in "various stages of negotiation" for destinations outside of Germany.

The addition of Me and All brings Hyatt's brand count to 26.
